The City of Vestavia Hills is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide electronic payment services for the processing of credit cards for the City as outline in the RFP. The proposal must be submitted by 10am CST, May 13, 2020 to the Office of the City Clerk, 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216. Any proposals received after that date/time will not be accepted.

The deadline to submit questions is Monday, May 4, 2020 at 5pm CST. All submitted questions will be answered no later than Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 5pm CST. Questions will be answered as they are submitted and posted as an addendum below. It is the vendors responsibility to check this page prior to submission of the proposal for any posted changes.
