Invitation to Bid for the City of Vestavia Hills Municipal Wrecker Services: This bid is scheduled to close at 10:00 AM, Monday, December 3, 2018 in the Executive Conference Room, 1st Floor, Vestavia Hills City Hall, 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud publicly.
There will be a pre-bid meeting to be held in the Executive Conference Room on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM in order to answer any questions or to give additional information to this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”). Although this meeting is not mandatory, it is recommended that every potential bidder attend.
Any questions related to this bid should be directed to the Vestavia Hills Desk Sergeant, 205-978-0139 and request information concerning this ITB. NOTE: From the issue date of this Invitation until a Bidder is selected and the Contract is awarded, Bidder shall NOT communicate about this ITB in any manner or under any circumstances with any elected officials or employees other than the Chief of Police or City Representative in order to answer questions or obtain information concerning this ITB. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of Bidder’s Bid and/or Bidder’s permanent removal from the City’s vendor list.
